Cody Damon is a dynamic social impact entrepreneur and seasoned leader, dedicated to fostering positive change across diverse sectors. He is the roll-up-your-sleeves founder of Outfield Apiaries, a purpose-driven honey brand championing local apiaries nationwide. Cody also spearheads 2nd Half Advisers, a consultancy for early stage entrepreneurs to build strong foundations for growth.
A trailblazer in the realm of social good, Cody co-founded Media Cause in 2012, a transformative marketing agency that has equipped hundreds of nonprofits to harness digital media for social impact.
Currently, Cody serves as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Tufts University, where he mentors aspiring students and cultivates a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem. He also imparts his expertise as a Lecturer at the American University of Paris, teaching courses on social impact communication and fundraising.
Cody actively contributes to his community through various volunteer roles. As a Citizen Diplomat with World Boston, he fosters cross-cultural understanding and international cooperation. His commitment to youth development is evident in his coaching roles in little league and youth soccer. Additionally, his role as the director of program development for Boston College Softball underscores his commitment to fostering the growth and advancement of women's sports.
